Mission Statement

Our Motto says it all:

     Still investing in education.

PCREA Polk I is an organization that:

  • connects retired educators
  • creates service opportunities  and
  • supports current and future educators.

The founding Purpose of PCREA Polk I is to:

  • connect retired educators with one another, with local and state retirement resources, and with opportunities for personal & professional growth.
  • create opportunities for retired educators to serve Polk County students, teachers, classrooms, schools, and communities, and
  • provide financial support to current and future educators.

Purpose approved by the General Membership: 10-3-2022
